Luca Flow offers the following categories of work:
Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined on each product page or agreed upon in writing before work begins.
Payment terms and methods are agreed in writing before any engagement begins. For custom services, this typically includes a deposit, milestone payments, and a final payment tied to delivery. Work does not start until the agreed deposit is received.
Payment instructions (bank transfer, wire, or other agreed method) are issued directly to the client at the start of the engagement. We do not currently process card payments through this website. If you have a billing question, email us at info@lucaflow.com.
When we add a hosted checkout for digital products in the future, this section will be updated to disclose the processor and the terms that apply at checkout.
Upon full payment, the client receives full usage rights to all deliverables produced for their project. This includes web pages, images, copy, and other assets created specifically for the engagement.
Luca Flow retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
Proprietary tools, templates, workflows, and systems developed by Luca Flow remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a license to use them as part of their deliverables, not ownership of the underlying systems.
Delays caused by late client feedback may extend project timelines accordingly.
Each service includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified on the product page or in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may incur extra charges, agreed in advance.
Luca Flow provides services on an “as-is” basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables. Our total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the amount paid for that specific project.
Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice. If the client terminates after work has begun, payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date. Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Cairo, Egypt.
Echo OS is the internal application Luca Flow operates to schedule and publish content across the social platforms our clients and brand portfolio use. Echo OS connects to third-party platforms (TikTok, Meta, X, LinkedIn, YouTube) using each platform's official public APIs and OAuth authorization flows.
Echo OS may be authorized to act on behalf of the following account types:
Each account's authorization is granted via the platform's native OAuth flow by the account owner and is revocable at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.
Clients who engage Luca Flow for content publishing services may grant Echo OS access to their social platform accounts solely for the purpose of executing the agreed scope of work (scheduling posts, publishing approved creative, fetching engagement metrics where the platform allows). Echo OS does not access, store, or process platform data beyond what is necessary to fulfill the engagement.
All content published via Echo OS complies with the host platform's community guidelines and developer terms of service, including:
Final approval and editorial responsibility for any content published via Echo OS rests with the account owner. Luca Flow operates Echo OS as a technical conduit; we do not assume editorial ownership of client-supplied or client-approved material.
