Luca Flow offers the following categories of work:
Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined on each product page or agreed upon in writing before work begins.
Payments for Luca Flow products and services are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (for customers worldwide) or Paddle.com Inc. (for customers in the United States), acting as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing, invoicing, sales tax, and billing inquiries on our behalf.
By purchasing from Luca Flow, you agree to Paddle's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
For custom services, payment terms (deposit, milestones, final payment) are agreed in writing before work begins. Work does not start until the agreed deposit is received.
Upon full payment, the client receives full usage rights to all deliverables produced for their project. This includes web pages, images, copy, and other assets created specifically for the engagement.
Luca Flow retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
Proprietary tools, templates, workflows, and systems developed by Luca Flow remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a license to use them as part of their deliverables, not ownership of the underlying systems.
Delays caused by late client feedback may extend project timelines accordingly.
Each service includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified on the product page or in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may incur extra charges, agreed in advance.
Luca Flow provides services on an “as-is” basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables. Our total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the amount paid for that specific project.
Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice. If the client terminates after work has begun, payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date. Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Cairo, Egypt.
