Refund Policy

Our Commitment

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Instead, we offer something better: a satisfaction guarantee. Every project begins with a clearly defined scope. As long as the deliverables fall within that agreed scope, we will continue working with you until you are satisfied with the result. Revisions, adjustments, and refinements are part of the process -- we do not consider a project complete until it meets the standard we agreed on together.

Custom Services

This includes landing page builds, visual asset production, lead systems, and any project scoped and quoted individually.

  • Scope is defined and agreed upon in writing before work begins.
  • Within the agreed scope, we work until you are satisfied.
  • Requests outside the original scope are quoted separately.

Digital Products

Starter kits, templates, guides, and other downloadable products are non-refundable. Product descriptions and previews are provided before purchase so you know what you are getting.

Subscriptions

For recurring services (monthly visual production, retainers, etc.):

  • You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle.
  • No refund for the current billing period.
  • Work in progress at the time of cancellation will be delivered if substantially complete.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. If you have a billing question, you can contact Paddle directly through the receipt email you received at purchase, or reach out to us at eid@lucaflow.com.
