Refund Policy

Magic Prism (Desktop App)

Magic Prism comes with a 7-day refund, no questions asked. If the app is not for you, email support@lucaflow.com within 7 days of purchase and we refund you in full. A refund deactivates your license key and the app stops working; everything you created with it remains yours. This is the policy promised on the Magic Prism page and it overrides everything below for that product.

Our Commitment (Services)

For custom services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Instead, we offer something better: a satisfaction guarantee. Every project begins with a clearly defined scope. As long as the deliverables fall within that agreed scope, we will continue working with you until you are satisfied with the result. Revisions, adjustments, and refinements are part of the process - we do not consider a project complete until it meets the standard we agreed on together.

Custom Services

This includes landing page builds, visual asset production, lead systems, and any project scoped and quoted individually.

• Scope is defined and agreed upon in writing before work begins.
• Within the agreed scope, we work until you are satisfied.
• Requests outside the original scope are quoted separately.

Digital Products

Starter kits, templates, guides, and other downloadable products are non-refundable, with one exception: the Magic Prism desktop app carries the 7-day refund described above. Product descriptions and previews are provided before purchase so you know what you are getting.

Subscriptions

For recurring services (monthly visual production, retainers, etc.):

• You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle.
• No refund for the current billing period.
• Work in progress at the time of cancellation will be delivered if substantially complete.
